Cata guiada de café de especialidad
Cata guiada por dos miembros del equipo de formación donde se aprenderá paso a paso a catar café de especialidad.
Se explorará el café de la mano de Nomad Coffee, tostadora y distribuidora de café de especialidad con sede en Barcelona. Durante la cata, se seleccionarán granos de origen único y cada taza se presentará como una experiencia sensorial única.
Se descubrirá cómo el café permite percibir matices, texturas y aromas, conectando con su origen y la dedicación de quienes lo cultivan. No solo se beberá café, sino que se experimentará y apreciará, al igual que un buen diseño: con atención, detalle y disfrute. Esta cata permitirá vivir la creatividad del café y del diseño de manera simultánea.
Además de catar los mejores cafés del menú, se aprenderá sobre un tema concreto relacionado con el café: su origen, procesos y variedades.
Guided Specialty Coffee Tasting
A guided tasting led by two members of the training team where participants will learn step by step how to taste specialty coffee.
Explore coffee with Nomad Coffee, a specialty coffee roaster and distributor based in Barcelona. During the tasting, single-origin beans will be selected and each cup presented as a unique sensory experience.
Discover how coffee allows you to perceive nuances, textures, and aromas, connecting with its origin and the dedication of those who cultivate it. Participants won’t just drink coffee—they will experience and appreciate it, just as one appreciates good design: with attention, detail, and enjoyment. This tasting will allow participants to experience the creativity of coffee and design simultaneously.
In addition to tasting the best coffees from the menu, participants will learn about a specific coffee topic: its origin, processes, and varieties.
