SUB ZERO & WOLF ha seleccionado y otorgará reconocimiento a la visión de diez estudios de diseño y arquitectura, cuya relevancia se centra en crear espacios que dejan huella gracias a su concepción espacial, conectada con una nueva mirada sobre la restauración y sus espacios.
El nombramiento de estos diez escenarios culinarios revela un nuevo hilo conductor del diseño de vanguardia, donde la sensibilidad desde la raíz artesanal se entrelaza con la innovación, y lo avanzado surge de un conocimiento profundo de la tradición y la autenticidad, proyectado hacia el futuro.

SUB ZERO & WOLF has selected and will recognize the vision of ten design and architecture studios, whose importance lies in creating spaces that leave a mark through their spatial conception, connected with a new perspective on restaurants and their spaces.
