Organizadas por Mónica Sánchez-Robles, estas charlas abordan la relación entre patrimonio cultural, sostenibilidad y artesanía contemporánea.
Trashumancia, patrimonio inmaterial de la Humanidad (2023) — María Pía Timón
Especialista en patrimonio cultural y natural, con amplia experiencia en investigación, gestión y divulgación del patrimonio rural. Su trabajo se centra en la conservación, la memoria cultural y la puesta en valor del territorio, impulsando modelos sostenibles de protección y uso del patrimonio.
La artesanía y su enraizamiento con los materiales naturales — Elena Goded (ÁBBATTE), Mamen Diego (Objet Particulier) y María José Díaz Morales (Vajillas de Ultramar)
Se reflexiona sobre la artesanía vinculada a materiales naturales: su valor medioambiental, educativo y creativo, con especial atención al uso de la lana, pero también de otros materiales como cerámica o escanda.

Elena Goded (ÁBBATTE): Fundadora de ÁBBATTE, proyecto textil artesanal en Segovia, combina investigación, diseño y tradición trabajando con fibras naturales y tintes artesanales.

Mamen Diego (Objet Particulier): Diseña revestimientos decorativos con materiales naturales como paja de centeno y escanda, galuchat o pergamino, fusionando gestos ancestrales y herramientas contemporáneas.

María José Díaz Morales (Vajillas de Ultramar): Cofundadora de un atelier de cerámica artesanal centrado en la mesa, donde cada pieza destaca por sencillez, delicadeza y permanencia.

Transhumance, Intangible Cultural Heritage (2023) – María Pía Timón
She is a specialist in cultural and natural heritage, with extensive experience in research, management, and dissemination of heritage in rural contexts. Originally from Madrigal de la Vera, she develops projects focused on conservation, cultural memory, and territorial valorization, collaborating with institutions and communities to promote sustainable models for heritage protection and use.
Craftsmanship and its roots in natural materials – Ábbatte: Elena Goded
She is the founder of Ábbatte, a handcrafted textile project located in the former Santa María de la Sierra Monastery (Segovia). Trained as a biologist, she works with natural fibers, artisanal dyes, and sustainable processes, combining research, design, and tradition. Her work has made Ábbatte a benchmark of textile excellence, where heritage, nature, and contemporary creation intertwine.
A series of talks focused on transhumance and wool, organized by Mónica Sánchez-Robles, explores the connection between cultural heritage, sustainability, and contemporary craftsmanship.
