docontract MAD acoge una sesión junto a Lázaro Rosa Violán Studio, en la que se compartirá el proceso creativo y conceptual detrás de la reciente renovación del Hotel Palace de Madrid, uno de los edificios más emblemáticos de la ciudad. La sesión permitirá adentrarse en una transformación que combina sensibilidad, historia y reflexión sobre el patrimonio.
Renovar el Palace implica escuchar su historia y permitir que guíe cada decisión. La intervención nace del respeto profundo por su arquitectura Belle Époque, devolviendo la magia original del vestíbulo y de sus secuencias escénicas. La Rotonda, restaurada con precisión artesanal, marca el tono de una transformación que dialoga con el pasado.
