There is a lemon tree known as the tree of friendship. When it was planted, different citrus grafts were added to make it stronger and more resistant to the cold. It grew noble and beautiful, and those who encountered it began planting around it, creating what became known as the garden of friendship — a place now visited by people from many places who care for it, intervene in it, and help it flourish.

Like small grafts within an expanding garden, Espositivo is a space where multiplicity becomes a way to withstand the cold. From diverse pasts and plural futures, amid countless questions and infinite possibilities, one certainty is shared: the present happens here.

Espositivo is an embrace that surrounds without gripping; a hand that supports without tightening; that lemon tree. Each person traces their own path — of stone, earth, or grass — while together we compose the valley. This exhibition, conceived from the nave, does not seek a single narrative but presents itself as chapters of a growing, versatile, and shared story.
